How does the online waitlist work?
If you are present at the restaurant before 6PM, we will add you directly to the top of the waitlist, giving you priority for our first seating.
The online waitlist is activated at 6PM. Once the list is live, you can add yourself to it from anywhere:
Enter your name and phone number at the link above.
We will text you when your table is nearly ready.
You have 15 minutes from the time of the text to arrive, at which point we will offer the table to the next party on the list.
What if I am in line but don't get a table in the first seating?
If the number of guests waiting at 6PM exceeds our capacity, we will place any remaining parties who are present at the restaurant at the top of the waitlist.
If you live in the neighborhood, feel free to sit on your couch and spend some quality time with Waverly Root’s The Food of France until we text you.
If you are on the list and here at the restaurant, we will be happy to serve you an apéro while you enjoy some people watching from our front windows. If we are at capacity, we encourage you to visit our friends around the corner at Glen Park Station rather than be out in the cold.
What is the largest party you can accommodate?
The largest party we can accommodate is four people. Groups larger than two may encounter a longer wait for an appropriate set of seats to open.
When is your last seating?
Our last seating is at 9:00 PM. If you are on the list and it appears you will not get a table before we close, we will contact you via the phone number you provided.
