How does the waitlist work?
Our first seating is at 6PM, our second seating is at approximately 8:30PM.
If you are here any time after 4:30 PM, knock on the door and our host will add you to the list before it activates online, giving you a better chance of getting in the first seating. Once you are on the list there is no need to wait in line, our host will let you know when to be here.
After 6PM, anybody can add themselves to the list remotely. The first seating tends to fill up before we open, so that will most likely be for our second seating, around 8:30PM.
In the unlikely event that our second seating fills up as well, once you are on the list we will remain proactively in touch via text if it seems like a seat will open up for you.
What if I don't get a table in the first seating?
If you live in the neighborhood, feel free to sit on your couch and spend some quality time with Waverly Root’s The Food of France until we text you.
If you are here at the restaurant, we will be happy to serve you an apéro while you enjoy some people watching from our front windows. If we are at capacity, we encourage you to visit our friends around the corner at Glen Park Station rather than be out in the cold.
What is the largest party you can accommodate?
The largest party we accept online is four. Groups larger than four are welcome to come by and join the list in person, but we cannot promise you will be seated on any given service.
