FAQ
How does the waitlist work?
You can join the list online starting at 4PM daily. Our host begins the process of allocating seats at 4:30PM, we will not communicate with you prior to that time. We give priority to those who are present in person, so even if you join online early it is possible you will not get your preferred seating.
If you put your name down online, from around 4:45PM we will send you a text message explaining which seating we have available. After we text, we will hold your seat for 15 minutes until you confirm, so please keep an eye on your phone or we may give those seats away.
How does the queue work?
At 4:30PM, we first allocate seats to any guests who are already present in person, before we make them available to those who have joined the list online. The entire party does not need to be here, one person can represent a group.
What is the largest party you can accommodate?
The largest party we accept online is four. Groups as large as six are welcome to inquire in person, but we cannot promise you will be seated together on any given service.
