FAQ
How does the waitlist work?
At 4:30PM, we begin accepting names for the waitlist in person and online. We give priority to those who are present in person.
If you are joining online, after you put your name down, we will send you a text message shortly to confirm which seating we have available for you. After we text, we will hold that seat for you for 15 minutes until you confirm, so please keep an eye on your phone or we may give those seats to the next person on the list.
How does the queue work?
At 4:30PM, we first allocate seats to any guests who are already present, before we make them available to those who have joined the list online. From that point forward, we continue to accept names both in person and online, with first priority always given to those present in person. Our host will communicate with you directly via text.
Please bear in mind that the early seating is in very high demand. We frequently reach capacity with guests who have formed a line before 4:30PM, so those seats often never become available online.
What is the largest party you can accommodate?
The largest party we accept online is four. Groups larger than four are welcome to inquire in person, but we cannot promise you will be seated together on any given service.
