How does the waitlist work?
We do not accept reservations.
At 4:30PM, we begin accepting names for the waitlist in person. Knock on the door after that time and we will check you in as soon as we are able.
The waitlist opens online at 6PM, allowing you to put your name in remotely. This will most likely be for the second seating, as the first tends to already be full by then.
What if I don't get a table in the first seating?
If you live in the neighborhood, feel free to sit on your couch and spend some quality time with Waverly Root’s The Food of France until we text you.
If you are here at the restaurant, we will be happy to serve you an apéro while you enjoy some people watching from our front windows. If we are at capacity, we encourage you to visit our friends around the corner at Glen Park Station rather than be out in the cold.
What is the largest party you can accommodate?
The largest party we accept online is four. Groups larger than four are welcome to come by and join the list in person, but we cannot promise you will be seated on any given service.
